Improve Self Esteem
Low self-esteem is difficult to gauge because it is often a result of other emotional issues.
Often originating from childhood experience – probably being told you are worthless, and constantly being brain washed by destructive criticism, can leave long lasting mental scars.
Lacking self- confidence and ridding yourself of negative beliefs and increasing your self-assertiveness, your counsellor can guide you to change your self-image and to improve your self-esteem so that you believe in yourself and focus on your strengths, not your weaknesses.
